Registration for the conference 2007

The ordinary registration fee for the COST Action A22 Conference in Athens is 250 €.

This fee includes:

• Conference's material on the basis of a CD containing all the papers to be presented in the conference.
• Coffees, lunches during the Conference dates.

Costs of the formal Conference Dinner to be held on July 10th is 50 €.

Reduced fees are available for research students and faculty coming from the following countries: Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Bulgaria, Georgia, Kyrgyzstan, Moldova, Poland, Romania, Russian Federation, Tajikistan, Ukraine, and Uzbekistan. The fee for students from these countries will be 50 €. For faculty members or researchers from the countries listed above the fee will be 100 €.

The registration for the conference has to be made here together with the payment of the conference fee. The fee can be paid either by credit card or by bank transfer:

• Payment by credit card can be made by MasterCard, Visa, JCB or Maestro.
• Payment by bank transfer can be made to Danske Bank, SWIFT address DABADKKK, IBAN DK9730004180011773 in Euros. Please note that you are responsible for the payment of any charges made for the transfer. The transfer should include a note with your 'name' and the text: 'COST A22 conference'.

For cancellations received before 31^th May 2007, 80% of the registration fee will be refunded. After this date no refunds can be made. A request for cancellation has to be emailed to the registration management, who will return payment based on your bank account information

Hotel accomodation

The conference organizers have selected a number of hotels for the participants' accommodation. These hotels have been selected on the basis of their good access to the National Technical University of Athens (NTUA) premises (metro, bus or a combination of both), where the conference will take place, as well as their proximity to Athens downtown.
